Our Cremation Process
What is the first step when my pet passes away?
The most important step is to simply get in touch with us. You can call us at +356 79888407 or message us.
We will gently guide you through the options:
- You can bring your pet to our facility in Marsa.
- We can coordinate directly with your veterinary clinic.
- We offer a collection service from your home.
We highly recommend messaging or calling us before you arrive so we can be fully prepared to assist you.
What is individual pet cremation?
Individual pet cremation is a service that guarantees the ashes you receive belong only to your cherished companion. At Forever Paws, this is our most important promise.
How do you guarantee the cremation is 100% individual?
Our “one pet at a time” promise is literal. Our crematorium chamber is built for one pet, and one pet only.
We do not use compartments or dividers.
Some facilities may use dividers to cremate multiple pets at once, which creates a significant risk of ashes mixing. Our method makes this cross-contamination impossible. This is the only way to guarantee that the ashes you bring home are purely and solely those of your beloved pet.
How long does the pet cremation process take?
We provide a service that is both respectful and prompt. We know how important it is to bring your companion home.
Your pet’s ashes are typically ready for collection within 24 to 48 hours.
Are you licensed to carry out the cremation service?
Yes, our facility is fully licensed by the Food Safety and Security Authority and carry license number MTABP1007.

Ashes and Memorials
Can I keep my pet’s ashes?
Yes, absolutely. The entire purpose of our individual cremation service is to provide you with your pet’s ashes in a dignified memorial.
What kind of memorials do you offer?
We offer a range of beautiful, hand-picked memorials to help you honour your pet in a way that feels right for you. Our selection includes:

Yes. We also have a private Grieving Room at our facility. This is a quiet, tranquil space where you can spend some final moments with your companion before the cremation process begins.
Other Pets
Do you only cremate cats and dogs?
No. We honour all companions, big and small. We understand that the loss of a rabbit, parrot, hamster, or any other small pet is just as heartbreaking.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes, we can take care of pickup of your pet from your home or your preferred vet. If you wish that we delivery the ashes back to you, you can schedule a delivery with our staff.
What shall I ask the VET?
When we do pickups from VET it’s important to advise them that one of our staff members will be picking up the pet from their facility.
