Can I choose to keep my pet’s ashes?
Yes, we return all pet ashed to the owner. You will receive your pet’s ashes in a personalized urn or a sealed package.
Do I need to prepare the pet in any way?
No special preparation is needed. Our team will handle everything with care, dignity, and respect from the moment your pet arrives in our care.
Do I need to book an appointment?
No, you can bring your pet to us during our opening hours. One of our team members will inform you of the date and time when your pet’s ashes will be ready for collection.
