Can I choose to keep my pet’s ashes?
Yes, we return all pet ashed to the owner. You will receive your pet’s ashes in a personalized urn or a sealed package.
Do I need to prepare the pet in any way?
No, our dedicated team will take care of your pet. We will make sure that your pet is take care with utmost care and respect, even after they pass away.
Do I need to book an appointment?
No, you can bring in your pet to us during our opening hours. You will be given a date and time when you can collect the remains of your pet by one of our attendees.
